This is perfect for the person who has specific fitness needs or appreciates the individual attention offered by their Coach.

1-on-1 Coaching ranges from $90-125/session.

Small Group Training

Great for 2-5 individuals who want to train together on a regular schedule and work toward achieving common goals.

Small Group Training ranges from $50-70/session per person.

Team Training

Do you want to train or compete in Powerlifting? Join the team workouts Monday Wednesday Friday 5:30pm and Saturday 10:30am as we prepare for a competition or get in necessary off season work. Team Training is $400/month per person.

Online Coaching

If you are on a tight budget or don't live in the area, this is the solution for you offering the necessary programming that will deliver results without having to train in person.

Online Coaching is $200 every 4 weeks (28 days) for weekly check-ins or $300 every 4 weeks for unlimited check-ins and video analysis.

New Client Introductory Offer

Choose from 3 sessions for $300, 5 sessions for $500, or a Functional Range Mobility Assessment (90min) for $150.
